RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Velunexa, we want you to love your purchase. Due to the nature of our electronic lighting products, please review our policy carefully.

RETURNS

- All electronic products (LED lights, lamps, decorative lights, etc.) are final sale and cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- You must provide clear photos and/or video showing the damage or defect.

REFUNDS

- For damaged or defective items, we offer replacement or partial refund at our discretion.

- No full refunds for electronic products once shipped.

- Refund processing time is 7-10 business days after approval.

EXCHANGES

- Defective electronic products may be exchanged for the same item within 30 days of delivery.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

- Velunexa will cover shipping for the replacement item only.

NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

- Change of mind or wrong size/color ordered by customer

- Incorrect shipping address provided by customer

- Package not picked up by customer

- Customs delays or import duties

- Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect product function
